Message Sommet on WhatsApp
The number
Our WhatsApp line is not open yet. When it opens, its number will be on this page. In WhatsApp it will show the name Sommet. Until then, use the concierge in the Sommet app or email support@sommet.life.
The line is operated by Sommet Paros/Antiparos Single Member P.C., the company behind Sommet. Only trust the number on this page.
An automated assistant answers
The Sommet assistant, run by Anthropic (Claude) for Sommet, reads your own Sommet bookings, plans and saved preferences, and any photo you send, to answer your messages. Sommet keeps no copy. The model provider processes it under its API terms. You can turn this off in Privacy.
Messages to this line are answered by an automated assistant. It is an AI system, not a person. It is powered by Claude, a language model from Anthropic, which receives the text of your conversation so that it can answer. It reads your message, asks only for the details it still needs, and shows you a summary to confirm before it sends anything.
Our assistant arranges it. Our people stand behind it. Write "Need help?" at any time. Our assistant sorts it out at once, and our team steps in if a booking goes wrong.
Our people
A member of our team works the queue for bookings that go wrong from 08:00 to 23:00, resort time. Outside those hours the assistant keeps working, tells you honestly when a person will pick up your case, and the case is opened for the morning. For anything else, use our support page or email support@sommet.life. We answer within one business day.
What happens to your message
- The assistant reads your message, or the transcript of your voice note, and works out what you need.
- It asks for anything missing, for example the date, the time or the number of guests.
- It shows you a summary. Nothing is sent until you confirm.
- We send your request to the venue or provider. A Sommet partner receives it directly. For other venues, our team or our booking assistant contacts them for you.
- We tell you in the chat when the venue confirms. We never say a booking is made before it is confirmed.
Your WhatsApp number identifies you to us. If it matches the phone number on a Sommet account, we link the two and tell you in the app.
Payments and your safety
- We never ask for a card number, a password or a one-time code in WhatsApp.
- When a payment is needed, we send a secure page on sommet.life for Apple Pay or a card. If you type a card number in the chat, our system deletes it on arrival.
- The assistant does not send other links, phone numbers or email addresses of its own choosing.
- The chat can read a photo you send in one message. Sommet keeps no copy. The AI provider processes it.
How long we keep messages
We keep the text of your messages for 7 days, then we delete it. We keep it longer only while a Need help? case or a dispute about your booking is open. A voice note is deleted as soon as it has been turned into text. The requests and bookings you make stay in your Sommet record like any other booking. Our privacy policy explains your rights.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP at any time and we stop sending you WhatsApp messages. Reply START to receive updates again. You can also block the number in WhatsApp.
Emergencies
This line is not for emergencies. Call 112, or 144 for an ambulance in Switzerland.
Terms
Requests you make in WhatsApp follow our terms of service, in the same way as requests in the app. Your use of WhatsApp itself is covered by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
